1720 Pediatric Therapy is a faith-based pediatric therapy practice committed to enhancing the developmental and functional abilities of children from infancy through adolescence and into early adulthood. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services that cater to the unique needs of each child and family.
Utilizing individualized care plans, created by therapists who specialize in the evaluation and treatment of sensory processing issues, fine and gross motor skill development, emotional regulation, ADD, ADHD, autism spectrum, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, and more we aim to create confidence and improved independence for our clients and their families in the home, school, and community settings.
We are currently in-network with Medicaid, Tricare East, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.
At 1720 Pediatric Therapy, our name comes from the verse Matthew 17:20 which states, “…if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’, and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”. For our clients’ and their families, our goal is to help them move the mountains in their lives, and provide the support for them to reach goals they weren’t sure were possible.
Seth is both one of the owners and our lead occupational therapist (OTR). He brings a wealth of experience working with children of all ages in the outpatient setting, daycare setting, and in home visits. He has worked with clients on the autism spectrum, chromosomal abnormalities, developmental delays, and many other diagnoses. He excels at meeting client’s sensory needs to facilitate their engagement and ability to complete daily tasks and has been known to jump on a swing, throw a ball, and race his clients during sessions. He also has three children 4 years and younger and states that his “toolbox” as a clinician has definitely grown from being a father.
Seth is a dedicated christian, husband, and father of three. He lives in the Milton area and boasts 10 years of occupational therapy experience with 5 of those years working in pediatrics. When he is not working he enjoys cooking, listening to music, being active and watching/attending sports events.

Our occupational therapists work with children to develop the skills necessary for daily living, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care tasks. We employ a play-based approach to make therapy engaging and effective.
We also aim to involve parents/caregivers into the child’s therapy program for improved carryover of skills into their everyday lives.
